Newer 5 Star 11" banjo head, crown height is 3/8", weight is 4.7oz. This has a heavy flesh hoop / crimp ring which is what makes these heads better than modern heads. This was removed from an archtop banjo. There are minor scratches from picks on this head and noticeable bridge impressions. Overall, very good condition for a used head.
