This is a very rare Epiphone banjo, possibly the only one made. The serial number B8357 dates to 1932. This Dynamic was most likely a prototype that was never manufactured. It has a cast aluminum rim which was an attempt to decrease the manufacturing costs of the banjo.
Neck - appears to be maple with a celluliod fingerboard and peghead veneer.
Rim - cast aluminum with a maple resonator with a celluloid back.
Setup - this is in GDAE tuning for Irish trad
Case - no original vintage case
Notes - this banjo is in very good condition with some checking of the finish on the neck and a small crack in the resonator flange. A video can be sent of the banjo being played if requested.
On Consignment - this banjo is in our inventory and will get the same service as all banjos that Trad Banjo sells.
