This is the 2nd highest model offered by Gretsch in the Broadkaster line as evident by the engraving, gold plating, and inlayed resonator back. The banjo is from around 1936 and is rare.
Neck - American walnut with 3 piece center lamination, ebony peghead veneer with mother of pearl inlay, ebony fingerboard with 8 mother of peal inlays, carved heel.
Rim - One piece, made of solid nickel-bronze, hand engraved and 24-karat gold plated
Setup - This can be setup to your tuning preference, allow 2 to 3 days for setup work to be completed.
Case - includes non-original vintage case
Notes - Includes vintage "Planet" tuners with pearl button ($300 value), some fingerboard divots present, very minor grooving on frets, frets are level, some gold plating missing, non-original tailpiece
