This is a beautiful "large pot" Faibanks/Vega from 1921 with gold plating.
Neck - flame maple with ebony center strip, exquisite heel carving, elaborate engraved mother of pearl inlay on the front and back of the peghead, fingerboard, and heel cap, ebony fretboard.
Rim - 11-13/16" maple with Tu-Ba-Phone tonering, multi-colored purfling on rim cap, and tortoise celluloid binding
Setup - This can be setup to your tuning preference, allow 2 to 3 days for setup work to be completed.
Case - vintage case, possibly not original
Notes - Has original gold friction tuners, planetary tuners can be installed for additional costs, some of the gold plated hardware looks to be more modern, bracket band is nickel, frets were leveled and dressed, some fingerboard divots are present, some wear/missing gold on hooks, one nut is not gold plated, missing 1 tuner lock screw
