Beautiful 1920's Weymann #30 tenor banjo. This banjo consists of a 17 fret maple neck with a 20" scale. A thick multi-ply 10 1/2" maple rim with Remo Renassance head and cherry Steve Caddick Fat Foot bridge is all that is needed with this Weymann construction to deliver a surprising tone and volume for such a small banjo. The hooks and nuts on this banjo are not consistent. The original frets are in perfect condition and the action is nice, low, and very playable. There is a new tailpiece and planetary tuners installed. There is a split in the peghead veneer and also in the fingerboard. There is no case with this banjo.
