This is a freshly restored Paramount B ready for years of playing.
Neck - The neck is made of American Black walnut with a beautiful 3 piece center strip of maple and ebony, presumably. The fingerboard is rosewood with 19 frets and 7 mother of pearl inlays. The fingerboard has black wood binding and multicolored purfling under it. The peghead veneer is a dyed "pearwood" with the typical Style B inlays.
Rim - The rim is made with American black walnut veneer and a rosewood rim cap. The tone ring is the standard Paramount style tone ring. There is also an American black walnut resonator with it.
Setup - This is setup for Irish trad playing in GDAE tuning.
Case - The original case is included with this banjo.
Notes - There are new frets installed, 2 pieces of purfling were made to match and installed on the resonator. It has new Gotoh tuners. The original resonator "slide latches" were missing so new thumb screw style bolts attach the resonator now.
