This is a 1920's Slingerland May Bell with original case.
Neck - Beautiful "flame" maple with dark center stripe and 3 piece backstrap. The fingerboard has nice abalone inlays.
Rim - The rim and resonator are made from "birds-eye" maple with purfling. The tone ring is the "donut" style.
Setup - This is setup for Irish trad in GDAE tuning.
Case - Original case included
Notes - This has a new Remo Renaissance head, new strings, new bridge, and a new tailpiece. Overall condition is very good. The frets were leveled, crowned, and polished. The edge of the lamination can be felt below the backstrap. There is scratch in the finish by the backstrap.
